"I was introduced to Suzanne and her pole classes about a year ago by my mother who knows her from the gym. At first I just went along for something fun to do but have ended up coming twice a week right up until 2 weeks before the birth of my daughter. There has been a noticeable improvement in my muscle tone and energy levels. My husband has also been coming along to Pilates as it has helped him recover from some back pain after having surgery last year. Suzanne is a lot of fun - we always end up having a laugh as well as a good workout. She is really knowledgeable and has can modify for all levels and conditions. Suzanne Sweeney

 

 

Suzanne has 20 years experience in the fitness industry as a Group Instructor and Personal Trainer.  She has numerous certifications to provide a well rounded program to suit a wide variety of clients. Orignally educated in physical education and dance Suzanne is highly trained in pilates and corrective exercise.  She uses a holistic approach, considering health, fitness, nutrition and stress management to improve quality of lifestyle.  Emphasizing a "zen" style work out, she believes that you must follow your instinct to get results. Balance work and play. Honour your strengths, but nurture your weaknesses.  "Infuse every day with peace, compassion and a BIG sense of humour!"

ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING
Each day is a new adventure. When you awaken in the morning, your positive or negative thoughts will determine your attitude and mood that day. Try this exercise: Make a positive comment to yourself each morning such as: "I feel good", Today is going to be relaxing", etc... Notice how you feel different toward yourself and others.
