I'm Suzanne, your fitness instructor, coach, leader or whatever guide you need to keep you moving! My experience and fitness education started with gymnastics which became a natural
progression into teaching all things dance, gym and fitness. I was first certified in 1991 as a Group Fitness instructor, then Personal Trainer and eventually Exercise Physiologist (which is a pretty fancy word for Fitness Specialist, which is a combo of the first 2). I love all fitness modes and have taught them all. in fact in my classes you'll get whatever works for you! Pilates, pole dance, yoga, weights, dance aerobics, hoop, balls, bands and more! The world has changed, we need a break, we need to enjoy life and have fun and exercise is no exception. Zen has many meanings, one is intuition. In our classes that translates to "go with the flow."
